Akuvox General || Door Phone won't call monitor on a closed local network


 

Akuvox door phones wont call indoor monitors on closed local network. Sip hacking needs to be disabled to receive calls from Door Phones.

1. Log into Indoor Monitor Web UI through ip address.

2. Navigate to Account> Advanced > Prevent SIP Hacking > Set it to DISABLED.

This setting will allow indoor monitors to receive direct IP Calls from Outdoor Phones.
